Even agile teams end up slowing down over time. The truth is, even the best agile ceremonies and project management techniques can’t fight the inevitable sludge of code and integrations. But is this situation really inevitable? Is the “big ball of mud” something that your team absolutely WILL have to deal with at some point? Should we really expect technical debt as a “normal” part of software development? Answers and solutions to these problems “just might” be found in this half-day workshop where we will wrestle with practices and techniques that “just might” form the missing half of agile.
